About Jess

Snowy’s of Sussex is proudly run by Jess, a passionate canine therapist dedicated to helping dogs live healthier, more comfortable lives.

Her career began at Snowy’s Canine Therapy Centre in Kent as a Trainee Hydrotherapist, where her love of working with animals grew into a rewarding profession. Since then, Jess has gained qualifications in Canine Hydrotherapy (pool and treadmill), Sports Massage, Physiotherapy, and Electrotherapy.

These skills enable her to provide evidence-based care tailored to each dog’s individual needs.

Now based in West Sussex, Jess is delighted to extend Snowy’s specialist services to even more dogs and their owners. As a mobile practitioner she supports wide range of  clients, particularly nervous or anxious dogs who feel more comfortable being treated at home.

Jess also continues to work closely with the expert team at the main centre in Kent, treating dogs there during the week and collaborating on carefully tailored treatment plans. This close collaboration ensures continuity of care, including for Sussex-based dogs who attend water-based therapies. Through this flexible and joined-up approach, every dog benefits from the highest standard of personalised therapy across both locations.
